Bought as a gift for my partner for his 21st bday. He is a big Cowboy Bebop fan so he loved it ! Also he was very impressed with the heat reactive element of this!

first time i ordered this mug it came shipped in a bag. no padding. only one "air pillow" in the bag (that ended up being popped, so much for protection). no FRAGILE label. unsurprisingly, it came in broken. immediately requested for a replacement 'cuz why on earth would i want to accept a broken mug packaged horribly?replacement request was accepted quickly. sent in the broken mug today via UPS; replacement mug arrived yesterday. still arrived in a bag, but the difference was that this bag was padded so it had a higher chance of arriving safely and lo and behold -- it did!however, it STILL had no "FRAGILE" label on it. i'm unsure if this is the seller or amazon's warehouse's fault, but whoever packages ceramic-like goods to begin with should really pay attention to packaging detail. while a "FRAGILE" label usually amounts to nothing and has the package shipped like other variants, the person delivering the package can at least put some extra care when dropping it.shipping aside -- got it as a gift for someone that loves cowboy bebop since it seems like such a great gift idea. a bit pricey for a mug for my personal taste, though.4/5 stars due to shipping experiences + price, but in terms of getting what you pay for you get exactly what's shown in the sample images.

My boyfriend is a big fan of Cowboy Bebop so I got him this mug and he loved it! He was super excited and immediately went to fill it with hot water to see the hidden design. I searched for other Cowboy Bebop stuff too, but apparently it's hard to find because I could only find super cheap junk or super overpriced "collectibles." Personally, I think the mug's a bit ugly, but if you or a friend/family/significant other like Cowboy Bebop, buy this mug! It will bring smiles and joy!

The Cowboy Bebop fan I bought this for LOVES it! Uses it every morning. It's sturdy and the colors are vivid. I would purchase it again :)She even kept the box it came in for decoration on her anime shelf.
