It's great just what I wanted for my friend's birthday, she was delighted.

The only positive comment I have about this product is that the picture of Tower Bridge was really good.The jigsaw pieces were very thin and the lugs and sockets on the pieces did not lock together well, so were constantly separating while we attempted to place new pieces or adjust the jigsaw to pull sections together. From the box, many pieces were still joined together because they had not been completely cut. Separating them was a nuisance and did lead to some damage. It amuses me that the seller states that "Normal puzzles are plasticy and thin. We have upgrade the thickness." I have purchase many jigsaws from The Works that were half the price and twice the thickness, although maybe not quite so rigid. One of the shortcuts this supplier seems to have taken is to simplify the cutting design process. They also state that their "puzzles are all adopt precision cutting, so every pieces can match very well." I believe their matching was no better than anyone else's and that the lack of variety in shapes (see below) resulted in too many pieces of similar shade (e.g. sky) matching the same location.Apart from the edges and corners, there are only two types of piece which vary only slightly in shape - vertical and horizontal with two lugs and two sockets. The lugs and sockets are cut in such a way that they do not lock positively and easily slide apart. The only concession I would make to the supplier is that we used a port-a-puzzle which provides a softer surface than had we worked directly on a table or board where the pieces would probably have laid flatter and been less prone to separate. We were constantly having to re-connect sections of the puzzle because it kept falling apart at the slightest knock or pull.The inclusion of lettering on the backs of pieces to identify sections of the puzzle was a great help, but this would have been unnecessary had there been greater variation in shape (i.e. pieces with sockets only, 1, 2, 3, 4, lugs etc).

I was looking forward to doing this puzzle. However, more of a challenge than anticipated. Although a good quality printed picture, it has been printed onto poor quality card, far to thin and badly cut in places. Difficult to keep pieces in place because of thin card. Disappointed.

This puzzle is made of very cheap, thin material. Many of the pieces were still uncut when we received it and the pieces do not fit together well. Even when you put correct pieces together they come apart all the time making it difficult to do. We were very unimpressed and would not purchase similar products from this maker.

Not as small as I first thought, many of its pieces are still connected which is an irritant but still enjoyable.

Poor quality, some pieces were still lock together and when tried to pull apart the paper peels off the back. Pieces on the edges can actually lock to any other piece, where they should be all design differently

A very poor jigsaw. Paper thin and doesn’t stay together - very expensive - please avoid! Couldn’t even do the boarders - the pieces just wouldn’t stay together

Really poor quality jigsaw! Other than the edge pieces, there are only 2 shapes of pieces for the whole of the puzzle which are all interchangeable anywhere in the puzzle. Also flimsy, poor quality cardboard/material!
