Not Very Good
This is more of a pudding rice than a risotto rice, it has neither the body nor starchiness to make is suitable for risotto. I have used some but will make rice pudding with the rest of it.

You don't need to be scared of risotto
Such an easy product to use. Great repeatable results. Follow the special risotto rules or throw everything in at once, so long as you keep stirring it, you're gonna get a winner!
