Rubie's Adult Character Costume Wig

This was perfect for my needs. An excellent wig for the price—not quite as full as some more expensive wigs, but it really was perfect. It looks great with or without the hat. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Perfect for what it was purchased for. The wig is not exactly as pictured (not as nice flowing hair), but it was still great to use for my costume. Will be using it again.

This wig is stiffy and itchy but it does the job.

There's a reason it's only $9 or so. For starters, the front is blond, and the back half is a nasty, dirty brown color. second, it's not a bouffant or anything. the image looks a million times better than this piece of crap wig. The top part is no styled or anything. it is literally a chunck of hair about 3/4 in long that is glued on the top. it looks like a piece of the hair was gelled straight up and then chopped off. finally, the "bangs" are about 2 in too long and each little section of hair is chopped at different length. it looks like a little girl cut this wig with her kindergarden scissors. Nothing about this wig is worth $9. Unless you are going for a zombie or a haggard, half drunk version of Cate, do not buy this. I was severely disappointed.

We ordered several and this is the best one for a hill hogan costume hands down

This was a pretty good find for our use. A few things to note:- It does run small. I works well for my almost 9 year old son's St. Francis of Assisi costume.- Out of the package, it sheds a lot of hair. I had to pick at it for a while to make sure all of the loose hairs were gone.That being said, there is a LOT of hair so this shedding isn't necessarily a problem (except for having hair fall on your neck...). In fact, I cut a lot of the inner layers off to thin it out a bit.- The hair is long, especially on the back and sides. It runs about 2" longer in back and 1" longer on the sides compared to the wig's netting. The extra hair on my son's neck bothered him a lot so I cut it off to be even with the netting of the wig. That being said, this may help if an adult wanted to wear this. As long as they could somehow keep it on, the long hair in back would cover where the small netting does not. I included a picture of the wig AFTER I trimmed quite a bit of hair on the sides and back (and a bit in front). For perspective, the wig is on a small children's ball, though it's not fully stretched out.- The bald spot on top is much smaller than pictured. Again, fine for our purposes for fitting a child, but it may be a problem for an adult. You can see this in the picture as well.In the end, you get what you pay for. Not a bad find for $8 and will work well for what we need it for.

Used it for a Harry Potter costume, and it worked decently, other than it sheds like I just had chemo therapy

This wig was great for a Doc Brown costume at Halloween! The hair is pretty full at the back, though it is kind of large.

Great value for money and I have wore a lot of wigs on stage.
