I usually wear a size 14 underwear, but this is a little large on me. It's really comfortable though, although I am finding the shoulder straps do slide off my shoulders a lot. The hook and eye fastening could perhaps do with a second adjustment as there is only the one set of fastenings, but otherwise a comfortable and well made garment that is nice to wear. Going to try the wider should strap vest type version.

Thin material and because i am large chested an 18-20 didn't fin i am a small 18 on most clothes was quite depressing.

Very thin material...I am a size 14-16 and I ordered an extra large as the previous reviews said they come up small. I still find this is more like a normal medium! Would not buy again
