For reference: I usually wear size 20/22, weight fluctuates between 260-280, and I'm 5'5". I ordered size 4X.The suit fits comfortably and was easy to hook and zip. It trims off a couple of inches around the waist. I bought it mostly for subtle stomach support after having two major abdominal surgeries, and it really delivers in support. I have been able to move about, go to concerts and other events all while having the support without the bulk of my previously purchased medical waist bands. It was nice to have the much needed support without wearing something that screams "I'm sick" to everyone around.I only have two complaints, and they are small.1. It gives a pretty intense wedgie.2. The crotch hooks instead of buttons, which can make it hard to unfasten and fasten again in a public restroom, especially if you have limited mobility. But, I resolve this by just undressing to pee. It's inconvenient, but I'm used to wearing rompers, so it's not more aggravating than that.Overall, I'm very pleased with this product and I highly recommend it!

Good quality but runs small. Returned for bigger size

When online shopping, I use the table to pick my size and then go off reviews that talk about order smaller or order bigger. My measurements: 5'4 / 40 inch bust, 25 inch waist, 40 inch hip. According to the size chart provided, M or L was for me? But I ordered small because I wanted to feel cinched and read some reviews to size down. I usually wear S to M in shirts, M to XL in pants (hour glass and thick thigh problems...)Pretty much the perfect hourglass and in shape so why do I need this? I bought this because after I eat I have a bloat problem, and I wanted to fix my poor posture (girdles, corsets, shape-wear tend to remind me I'm a sloucher lol.)The issue is that it is too BIG, but also VERY unflattering. It looks like a second skin and that I've actually gained weight, despite it smoothing out any small lumps like my tummy after eating. It's probably the size is too big, but also because the material is thick (think swimsuit.) It fits comfortable but that's because it's not the size I should be wearing to get a cinched feeling and look lol. Despite the comfort, it's not worth the money or wearing it due to how it actually unflatters my body rather than flatters it... I'm disappointed.

This is not my most effective shapewear but it does the job. I'm about a 40-31-39 and the medium feels comfortable. I'm sure I could fit the small even at 160 pounds. This product probably isn't appropriate for very lightweight ladies.

I love that it’s a zipper and not a complete button up. The material on breast is soft but it holds breasts tightly for those who need the compression post op. The bottom is horrible! I work get how they continue to make these clasps with such rough edges- literally feels like my pubic area is being cut up. If it weren’t for that, I’d give this a 4 star. The lower pelvis area of the girdles is loose so for those with a tummy tuck or c-section, something tighter would be better.

I have recently bought LOTS of shapewear of all kind and this is the best I have come across. This is better than Leonisa, Spanx etc. I have had to layer shapewear to get it to check all fat boxes. But this one covers them all. I am dealing with a rare endocrine disorder that has caused me to gain a lot of weight. Especially in my midsection. I've gone from a size 8 to a size 14 in like 6 months. I haven't been able to find shapewear that can hold in the lower belly, cinch the waist, suck in the back fat and the side boob spillover. Yeah all that. This ONE body suit covered ALL that. I also don't need to wear a bra with this. It holds and lifts. I've tried on my old dresses shorts and body suits with this shapewear and I felt so good in them again. AND I was able to button up my size 8 (stretch) shorts and look damn good in them! I got an XL, and usually have needed XXL for some shapewear made like this. The XL was great but I'm going to try a L and see if it cinches even better. Downside....I hate the zipper it's big and bulky. An invisible zipper would have been better. Also the crotch is uncomfortable. Wear panties as a buffer between that or you will be doing some embarassing adjustment moves all day. I am buying like two more of these! I'm literally excited to go out again and feel good in my clothes!

True to size

I'm actually really disappointed about this purchase. I wanted to get this for so long and when I did I just wasn't impressed. I'm 5'5" about 170lbs with a mom belly for reference. This has 3 little hook/eye clasps in bthe inside that are useless once you get it zipped because they all come undone, then just pinch you. The zipper itself is so bulky and folds inward when you sit and that hurts. It's very noticeable under clothing its your wearing something form fitting. The 3 hook/eye clasps at the clothes area is far to wide and the edges are scratchy. Lastly I ended up walking around feeling like I had a weggy while I had it on because the fabric on the butt moved around so much, didn't like that at all. Wore for maybe 2 hours and ended up taking it off.This wasn't for me however there were a few things I did appreciate about this. Loved that the straps were fully adjustable. And the thickness and quality of the fabric was on point for the price.Because I can't return it I will try to wear a few more times however I don't see this becoming something I wear everyday because how uncomfortable it is on me. Kinda feels like a waste of money at this point.

Made with really durable fabric and fits like a glove. I'm really happy with this shape wear. Ive worn it three times now - there is a clip around your belly Button that's a bit uncomfortable but other than that I'd buy more!

According to the measurements, I should have fit between a 5X and a 4X, but the 3X fit the best. The material is really comfortable and feels like gentle compression.

Dirty item! Someone had it on before me.. im disgusted. And it looked big.. I could've ordered a size Large. 😕
