Bought this for my son who was going back to finish his degree. Great value and he loves it. For the price, this is a great laptop to own.

Not a touch screen. Product discription did not include preloaded softwate and that windaow10S you can only get software from the Microsoft store on the computer itself. Also rhat it has its own HP extended warranty to purchase. I ened up canceling subsciption I purchased for Norton, Warrenty, and office after learning what was already loaded on and the blocking the S mode did not allow these outside things to work.

when I opened this one up I was amazed at how beautiful it looked and how easy it was to hook up, i love the numbers to the right side as the one I returned didnt have that. This is what I am used to not that other pc of *** that i had purchased for a few hundred dollars less. It goes to show you only get what you pay for LESSON LEARNED!

I absolutely loved this laptop for the short time I owned it. I needed a laptop for school and this was perfect, slim, and lightweight! The backpack was really nice as well. I wanted to use the laptop to watch twitch.tv and other streaming videos but the quality was always very laggy. I never had this issue with my PC and my goal was to have a laptop that I could travel with for school and video gaming projects so I was unable to continue using this HD laptop. Besides that, everything about the laptop was great and the shipping was faster than expected. The company handled my return fast and professional and overall had a great experience testing everything out! Happy holidays :D

Easy to get to know and does the job. I bought this lab top for start of college and I have no complaints.

I sent this to my daughter who is away at college and broke hers. She loves it and also thinks the backpack is great.

Touch pad mouse has never worked and customer support is inconvenient and difficult to work with for a solution. Have to use an external mouse.Update: Not only did this garbage product not work properly from the moment I got it, this company refused to take any responsibility for it. They directed me to HP support which is another joke of a process. I had to live with the external mouse issue since I couldn’t afford to be without a laptop during the pandemic (working from home) and HP wanted me to ship it in for 2 weeks so they could analyze it. Now, the laptop stopped working altogether. When powered on, the screen just flashes and won’t even start. It’s still under the manufacturer warranty. I have all the support records since I got it and I shouldn’t have to even go through all this just to get some help. This company should’ve just replaced it because it’s been defective from day 1!!!! So frustrating! I should’ve purchased a Dell!

It was very easy to set up, the color makes it look expensive, very light to travel with, battery lasts longer than my mac book air. I just got it for about a week so I will wait to see longevity. The back pack is icing on the cake.
