At first I didn't think it worked, but after taking it for a few days and taking more readings, I can conclude that in my case it definitely lowers blood glucose spikes by an average of about 20 points less than what it would be without it. I noticed zero side effects, unlike every other treatment. Because there are zero side effects, I would say it's worth including it in your anti-diabetic protocol, because 20 points is enough to significantly reduce damaging effects like neuropathy.

I got off my metformin by switching to this. NO SIDE EFFECTS for me. Will see if my HgA1c goes down in about 6 weeks but it's looking good.

I’ve had Disbetes 2 for over 20 years. I use a CGMcontinuous monitor which reads my BG every 5 min. I wish this product worked even a little. But for my condition it did absolutely nothing.....for me this product does not work. But diabetes is very tricky and it is possible could work for you.....Good luck !
