Great for workout recovery
Awesome product and great results! I used this before and after my workouts or runs. A good week for me would 5 - 6 days for strengthening and cardio workouts. Being over the age of 40, I wanted a supplement to help me recover from multiple daily workouts and this exceeded my expectations. Tastes like a water down Gatorade. Don’t expect a sweet taste and I would recommend to drink it ice cold.

Excellent product with excellent results
I think this is an excellent product. As a pharmacist, I look for effective and safe supplements, and I truly believe this is one of the finest products out there. It mixes better than most powders, has a great taste, and does not leave a gritty feeling after. Personally, I think I have more muscle definition and am able to lift harder and more frequent. BEST BCAA

Product contains stevia, an ingredient I need to avoid. My mistake for not clearly reading the ingredient list before purchasing. I did use if for a while before I realized it contained stevia and it did provide an extra energy boost during my workouts.
