I use it for my students as a supplement. The music selections are beautiful as we can expect from Ms. Martha Mier. The Parisian Waltz is one of the pieces I use regularly to prepare my students to work on Chopin Waltzes (and other pieces). The leaps and the harmonic/melodic structures seem to help my students consistently. The rest of the music is fun and beautiful for the students to enjoy. It helps with their musicality and reading skills. I have purchased probably over 10 copies for my students so far. I recommend it.

Good book to follow up with some students who just can't get motivated by playing songs in method books. I like the "internationality" of the books. Features songs from places i wouldn't have thought of. And the songs are very representative of the country they suggest

The Spanish Suite is beautiful.
