Amazing Product
I am in love with everything about these hooks. There are no problems with how they are made. Very sturdy and smooth. It was very surprising. I have only ever used wood or stainless steel never plastic and these are amazing. I am going to have to share these with my daughter and oldest grandson. I also recieved them earlier than expected so i am very pleased. I will definitely be purchasing more supplies from this seller!

I got what I paid for.
Nine hooks, yes. I got those. In the sizes as promised. Four colors--pale green, blue, pink and yellow. Not nearly as bright and varied as the ones shown in the ad photo, but not a big deal. No "plastic wallet/case"--they came sealed into a cellophane bag that looked like it should have contained a lollipop or a couple pieces of licorice.I was prepared, upon seeing these hooks and handling them--they feel very much in the hand like they're made of that same cheap plastic as the crude novelty toy animal found in gumball machines--to hate them. They feel like toys. The smallest sizes feel flimsy and excruciatingly breakable. They are all in all a lot lighter than metal crochet hooks. However, and this is a *big* however, I took the second smallest hook, a bendy little thing, and put it to work in a crochet project in progress. Standard yarn with considerable tension and small stitches. I suspected in doing so this poor little thing would snap in no time like a glass needle. BUT IT DIDN'T. It slowed me down, some, getting used to the fragile feel in my hand--but it crocheted a full round without even hinting at a break. I was amazed. The larger sizes have a little more authority in their feel--and the biggest hook stood up to a heavy floor covering I was crocheting every bit as well as the more expensive "name brand" hook I'd started with.So I paid $5.99 plus s/h for this WM KING set. They were certainly worth what they cost, no matter how questionable they look and feel, and I can certainly use them to crochet. I would not pay more for them, but they work fine once you get used to how light they feel; I would buy them again if I needed a set of "back up" hooks that crochet functionally, and that I could afford to share or leave on a bus accidentally. So, yeah. I got what I paid for. They look/feel dubious, but they do what they're supposed to do for six bucks!

Love size variety
Bought these as a spare set until I can find my Boye needles. They arrived promptly. The larger sizes look and feel sturdy. They're plastic so I wouldn't get too rough and tough with the smaller sizes. Great value for such a large variety. As a side note, love the colors.

Cheapo Hooks
I bought these more for the larger hooks in the set and could honestly care less about the small ones, which look about as sturdy as those plastic sword toothpicks, but another reviewer said they hold up well. They do have some rough edges, mostly out of yarn's way on the end, but annoying enough to want to sand off. There was no "plastic wallet/case" to speak of either, just the hooks.I must have gotten lucky because shipping was actually pretty quick.Overall I got what I paid for and expected nothing more.

Comfortable to hold.
Love the different colors. It's easy to see at a glance which one you need. Comfortable to hold also.

Wins the junk prize
I'm a professional fiber artist. I crochet for a living. So I know hooks. These are not durable. I actually snapped a two of them in half, while crocheting a project. They bend, during the crocheting process. I have never seen this before. The level of cheapness was remarkable. These hooks were nearly worthless, except for the larger ones, they seem durable. But all of the hooks were strange. They weren't calibrated, and therefore when you pull the yarn, it misses the loop. They're not smooth, so it catches on the yarn. Overall, it's been a long time since I've seen such a worthless item. This one wins the junk prize

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
You have to file down the plastic seams otherwise your yarn gets snagged and the smaller ones are so flimsy you cant even use them!
