loved the energy!
I have been taking this for about a week and half now and I haven't noticed much of a weight loss but my energy is great..I can get through a day without wanting a nap!...I love that they don't make you jittery and they don't upset your stomach...I will definitely be buying again... I am in the hopes that some weight loss will kick in after using for a few months.

Although I have never been extremely heavy after I reached middle age, I developed a chubby tummy and didn't like that.I had heard about this product and didn't really believe I would loose any weight on it. I have only taken it for one week , one a dayand I have already lost 1 lb. My tummy is shrinking and I am excited to see what happens in a month. Also I haven't noticed anybad side affects.
