Arrived promptly. Seems to be a good quality product. Have only been using it for a couple of weeks so early days regarding the effectiveness of the herb.

So far so good. I read about Ashwagandha in magazine and it seems that it’s beneficial for a lot of ailments etc. My husband is diabetic so he’s taking to see if it makes any difference to his blood. From the research I’m quite confident that it will help with stress/anxiety. I’ll report in a month the results. Thanks.

This product is being used for painful joints. As recommended by a friend. They are being used at the moment not sure as yet if they will help or not.

I have used various brands of Ashwagandha for a number of years. When you find a brand that actually works, the effects on stress and sleep can be amazing. I have been under a great deal of strain with moving and then the sudden death of my father. At one point I simply could not cope. No matter what my wife said, it just did not help.I am a great believed in Ayuverdic cures and Ashwagandha is one of the most potent herbs in this area of healing. It is an adaptogenic herb which helps you adapt to stress, depression and also low libido. I have tried a number of brands, some good and some have been utterly useless. This product is strong and works very well. It does not work immediately, but over about 4 days I found greater calm and my sleep has gone from non-existent to about 6 hours. The only new supplement I am taking is this wonderful herb.This is a great product and has had a wonderful effect on a very stressed person. Whilst the stressors are still there, but as I am getting more sleep and I am calmer during the day, I feel as if I can cope so much better. I am very happy to highly recommend this product.
