I love this wee bit of perfect nourishment. I tend to have muscle cramps, often in the night, when I’m supposed to be sleeping … egad awakened by calf cramp , foot cramp, shoulder … this small vial of ginseng w/ bee secretion almost instantly stop/eliminates a painful cramp.
