This bedspread ended up being the perfect size for my twin xl bed which is 26 inches from the floor to the top of the mattress. Covers to the floor with enough to slightly fan out the pretty scalloped bottom (this bedspread is scalloped on all sides btw). I can tuck it around the pillow for a traditionally made look but it leaves the length at the back of the bed short by about 8 inches or so but that’s not a concern for me as it still covers the bed frame.This bedspread is truly well made. No loose threads or smell. Soft and pretty hefty actually. I like that the embossed pattern does not stand out or is more pronounced….creating a more subtle effect.There is just the barest hint of pale yellow to this bedspread. It is barely discernible really and just actually adds to the nice creamy tone of the spread.

The patter is very nice and we love the weight of it. Cozy and not hot. Only negative for me is that all the edges are scalloped. No straight edge to indicate the head of the bed. Fit true to size but if you don’t want to use a dust ruffle you should order a size up.

I ordered a queen size for my queen bed and it fits perfectly. I don't have a box spring, just a 16" mattress that sits on a upholstered frame. As soon as it came, I immediately washed all three pieces in cold water on a gentle cycle. There was no shrinkage and washing really made the pattern pop. It a better quality product than I expected. The weight is great. It's not insubstantial but is light enough for a summer air conditioned environment and heavy enough to use in the winter. Finally, the color is a true cream with no hints of yellow or purple. Unlike some reviewers, I found no loose threads, missed stitches or problems with the binding. And I inspected it carefully. The only thing I would have liked was to have a side zipper or a back envelope closure on the pillow shams instead of the flap. But honestly, at this price I can't complain. I highly recommend this set.

This quilt is exactly what I was looking for. It’s pretty, the right weight for summer, and the oversized queen is a perfect fit. Good quality.

Very nice quilt and future was great. This was for a full size bed, so I ordered up to queen size. I ordered white, but it has an ivory undertone. My reason for 4 stars is the quality of the shams. They are a poor quality with no way to close them, so the pillow shows. Will need to get something to pull them together.

Well made and beautiful. I did a little pressing once on the bed. I bought this for my guest bedroom where I wanted a good white quilt to start then added color. Very pleased with the whole set.

Just received yesterday, already washed, line dried and on my bed! It washed really nice and is so lightweight! Not to mention it is lovely! I love stitched cotton quilts and this is perfect for summer! Looking forward to layering this with my Christmas bedding! Fits on my oversized calking bed with pads perfectly! Hides the box spring too! So happy Yay!

This is a beautiful cotton quilt. I have bought several Laura Ashley in past and the quality is just as good and the price was even better! i searched high and low for a plain ivory coverlet and this was the absolute best price. It is also very wide so if you don't have a frame to tuck into it will more than cover the mattress with room to spare

Very pleased with this bed cover. Preshrunk is good as I was wondering if it would shrink in the wash!Agree with another reveiwer that top end of the cover would have been better without the scalloped edge.It would make it easier when making the bed up. Over all it seems good value. Time will tell after a few washes.

I love this new cover. The oversize King covers the bed nicely considering my bed is quite elevated. -Comes down to the top of the bed skirt.
