Pros:It holds waterIt has small filter spongesCons:The hangers are flimsy and excessive flash will need trimmed off before they will fit in the slots; the hooks are too narrow for a framed tank.The lid isn't secured or flat, and the gaping hole that I assume is there for feeding is large enough that any jumpers can freely hop out.The suction cup plates hold the box in place by gravity alone, nothing else to secure the box using this option.The water outlet where the airstone sits is noisy. I mean NOISY. To cut down on the noise you can set the box lower in the water, but it will be precariously close to the water surface. close enough that the lid (unsecured, remember?) can float off.The breeder "cups" (4-1/4"x3"x2-1/4") seem like miniature torture chambers, I can't see how one fish could survive the stress of being kept in one for any amount of time.TL;DR- Buy something else

This breeder box would be great for smaller more sensitive fry such as substrate spawned or ram fry.The water turnover is much stronger than an while still being gentile than the typical external breeder box.The big item is that is flaw is the hooks don’t fit on a standard aquarium in the United States, it’s designed for rimless. However it floats and can be hooked up via the included suction cups, however the best connection mechanism does not work.It’s also a little expensive, but if you have more sensitive fry or want to breed egg scatters this is a cool gadget for breeders
