Cheap quality. Not very sturdy. If you put or pull a hair scrunchie/tie it falls over.

Super cute in my bathroom. Able to hold srunchies and hair ties! You can retrieve the hair ties from the top, or disconnect from the base to retrieve a hair tie that may be lower on the pole!
