These give you more options and more room
I've got an assortment of marine dry bags, so for a long time resisted shelling out the $150 for Kawi's own inner pannier liner bags. I didn't think I needed them. But as I re-think my whole luggage setup since I got my Nelson Rigg tail bag, I am finding that these liners, shaped to fit perfectly, give me lots more options and even more room. Here is a brief review.First, that "even more room" claim. How can that be? They actually take up some room of their own in the panniers. Well, one or more cylindrical dry bags will never fit like these bags do, and unlike the panniers, it's easy to lay the liner bags flat on your bed and pack them right to the edges and corners, at which point you put them into the inner half of your pannier and secure the elastic straps (assuming you've figured out which way the fastener goes, a learning task that only took me about a year). Now you have most or all of the clamshell outer half of your pannier for other stuff. The result is more carrying capacity. But even better, you can optionally leave the liner bag zipper mostly open at the top. This allows you to reach in, pull the outer lip of the liner bag outward, and reach in to get things that maybe don't need full protection inside the bag, but would be a pain to fish out of a regular dry bag or from the mess that can result from leaving it loose among other items in the pannier. For example, I leave one liner bag unzipped and put my registration and owner's manual in the separate mesh compartment, leaving its zipper partly open too. If I need to get at it while nervously explaining to the LEO why it was necessary to briefly exceed the speed limit, it's an easy grab without unpacking anything else. The rest of that bag carries my tools, flat fixing kit, and a few emergency items. The rest of the pannier, outside the liner bag, can take my rain pants, Gerbing jacket and cable lock. The overall quality of the bags is very good. A tag inside reveals they're made by Givi. They do seem to have a lot of internal padding or insulation, which reduces their capacity a little bit and takes up some room, but this is a minor gripe and that "stuffing" may help them keep their shape as time goes by. Another very minor gripe is that the carry handles, while plenty big enough to hold in your hand or even put your bare arm through as you carry gear into the motel, are not quite big enough to put your arm through if you are wearing a bulky jacket. Are they worth $150? I bought them to, as I mentioned, re-do my whole packing strategy for an upcoming 3000-mile trip this summer. I predict I will get $150 worth of use and convenience out of them.

Nice but seriously overpriced
These are nice and fit perfectly in my Versys' side cases. That's great because that's why I got them. They're nicely made by Givi and as near as I can tell these appear to be a bespoke item for Kawasaki. At least, I can't find them in the Givi lineup. That's part of the problem because these things are seriously overpriced. That's not a vendor issue. It's a Kawasaki issue. They're just what the doctor ordered if you need something which fits perfectly in your factory Versys side cases (also made by Givi). But, dang! These are super expensive for what they are.

Mesh separator inside
Fits my 2022 Versys 650 LT bags perfectly. They zip up and have a zipped mesh separator inside if you want to hold something in place within them, like you might see in regular luggage.
