Swanson Full Specturm Cat's Claw - Antioxidant Support - Movement & Flexibility Support 500 mg 250 Capsules

This is the first product review I have ever written of my hundreds of online purchases because I though I should share my experience with others in the market for this supplement. I have only been using the supplement for a couple of weeks now, and I originally purchased it because I had real bad inflammation in my left ring finger knuckles. To be honest, the product did not do very much for me in terms of helping with the inflammation, but I kept taking the supplement anyhow because I didn't want to waste my purchase. I take two capsules, one in the AM, one in the PM - and let me tell you - since taking them NO MORE HANGOVERS! I consider myself a leisure drinker, but on occasion I will have a drink later than I should and I used to have the occasional early morning through mid morning headache, but not anymore. I know this product is the real thing, and not an extract. I don't know if that makes any difference, but again, I though I should share this bit of information.

There are a few reviews here complaining about the pill size and the dosage. For that unpleasant condition, I’m sure a smaller dosage would be fine. If you actually need this supplement for a “topical” skin condition, you wouldn’t benefit at all from any less than 500, and taking it twice a day as suggested here is beneficial.That said, I suffer from metal allergies that cause my hands to crack and bleed, which can lead to fungal infection, and generally never healing wounds. My hands are able to heal when I stay on this supplement. I take it once a day every day.

I grew up in Peru where Cat’s Claw is from. It grows in the Amazon. I started taking it in the 80s before it was in capsules. It was just powder. These capsules make it simple. I take two a day, in the AM. Swanson is an excellent brand. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste.

MY doctor recommend this product , I've been using it, I didn't notice yet the effect, but I will continue and probably order some more.

I have been taking this product for 7 months now for inflammation and it has been highly effective. I had taken numerous other brands but they weren't nearly as effective and I am taking fewer capsules than I had taken with other brands. I found this product appealing due to it having 250 capsules per bottle as opposed to the other brands that were offering only 100, but was highly astounded by how well the product worked. This is the only brand I buy now and I don't see this changing in the future.

Six months into use. Love it for how it stops pain of any kind without side effects.

I was taking another brand, TOA only...it was much more expensive and the quantity was much less. I've been in antibiotic treatment for a 30 year Lyme infection...2 years of oral and eight months of IV. Once I started taking this product I last week, I was shocked to feel I could hold the open space in my head for much longer in the day. I also felt much, much stronger and much more clear. Thrilled with this product.
