I got this product since my dentist recommended a mouthwash with fluoride. It comes with a plastic vial that is marked for how much product to use & how much water to add. It comes out thick like gel hence adding the water. The flavor is a light mint flavor and does not burn or sting. The 1 thing I think should be mentioned is that once you get it in your mouth it feels like your mouth gets very dry. I mean like your tongue and cheeks are parched and sticking together. However, within seconds of finishing your last swish your mouth and saliva return to normal. I really like this product and will continue to use it.

Here's a tip if you are like me and feel swishing 1 oz. (30ml) is too much in your mouth. Instead of pumping to the 1/8 oz. line in the measuring cup and filling the rest up with water to the 1 oz. line, I fill it up to half of 1/8 oz. line and fill water to the 1/2 oz. line. It's a lot easier to swish vigorously between your teeth with less amount and the concentration is the same. Added benefit is the product will lasts twice as long.

This tastes good and leaves my mouth feel clean. We'll see if my dental hygienist notices a difference in my gums.

This product has been great! It comes with a cup to measure the correct amount. It doesn’t have a strong or harsh taste. It leaves my teeth feeling great, my mouth feel clean, and my gums feel healthy as well!

The mouthwash arrived today, and at this point I can only commrnt on the packaging and shipping. The box had obviously been opened and the bottle was forced into the box upside down. The result was that the mouthwash box's bottom was torn and was bending outward from the bottle's pressure; the bottle was almost falling out of the box. As a result, the little measuring bottle was cracked. The whole was unacceptable.
