Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins [DVD]

Loved this movie growing and wanted to watch it again

The disc came in excellent condition. It was so nostalgic being able to watch this amazing movie!

Nobody I know has ever seen this movie so obviously I had to buy it and have them watch. It brings back such good memories

My package came with the DVD lose and scratched

I purchased this for my four year old brother after he killed another set of Toy Story 1 & 2 DVDs. That's the second set he's worn through. He absolutely loves Buzz and Woody. So, I came onto Amazon hoping to purchase another two DVDs and found that they'd been sealed into the Disney Vault...again. I know that Disney only did this because Toy Story 3 will be coming out and the other two are coming out in Disney 3D, but really...for the sanity of parents and siblings everywhere...they should have like a special order deal directly through Disney or something in order to attain them.So, I found this.I found that at first he didn't LOVE it because he wanted Buzz AND Woody, and it's mostly Buzz but eventually he ended up loving it. He actually sings the song during the ending credits. I think that it would have been nice if they'd put the whole series onto DVD, because I know they had an animated series of Star Command.

I bought it because the last DVD was scratched after years ago from Toy's R Us ever since we moved to Port Republic I bought it to surface instead of looking in the basement. Kevin loves Buzz Lightyear.

The movie overall is a very enjoyable pilot episode of the series which came out a few days after the movie was released. I grew up with a VHS copy. Now that I own an original DVD copy from 2000, the picture quality is pretty great. And the audio is much better than expected for an early DVD. The only downside is that even though this movie was meant to be viewed in 16:9, the DVD restricts you to watch it in 4:3 aspect ratio, with black bars on the top and bottom of the screen.

This movie was brand new in packaging and the movie worked perfectly! Been searching for this DVD for years

Taps into the humour of the original Toy Story films and is a real underrated gem. Bit campy, yes. But has a solid heart - a gold one at that! And I still quote it to this day.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich hier nicht verstehen. Man sieht doch am Anfang in der "normalen" toystory Qualität dass woody und Co nen Film einlegen. Zeichentrickversion passt daher ab dem Moment. Geschichte wie man sich das vorstellen könnte für die Abenteuer eines spacerangers :) und hat nur noch dieser Film gefehlt von 6 Filmen und er hat für kleine Buzz Fans Lieblingsfilmpotential! Das macht auch die Mami froh 😍
