Stella the Alien Groupie #10 of the Boo Boo Babe Art Doll series Meet Stella, the alien dancer and groupie for the Mos Eisley Cantina Band. Born on Tatooine, Stella works part time at a Smoothie Cafe which is famous for those blue concoctions made by Luke Skywalker's Aunt Beru. At night she dances at the cantina and flirts with the musicians. Unfortunately she happened to be partying at the bar on that infamous day that Jedi, Obi Wan Kenobi pulled out his light saber and struck a cranky pirate. Stella was caught in the middle of that scuffle. She survived with a few stitches and had to get most of her teeth recapped. The pirate lost his arm and was forced to pay Stella's bar tab as punishment. She can still be found at the Mos Eisley Cantina bar most nights hanging out with her BFF, R2D2. This Boo Boo Alien is a one of a kind art doll made from a fun mix of new & recycled fabrics and vintage beads & pearls. Her wonky eyes are created with bright fuchsia felt, whimsical astrology fabric with star constellations and two lamp work glass beads that do not match. It appears that she has swallowed a few star constellations in her mouth that has glow-in- the-dark stars, vintage pearls and one large crystal. Hand embroidered boo boo stitches are all around her eyes, face and mouth. Her funky hair is shimmering blue silver and a touch of pink threads. She has two pink, blue and silver whimsical antenna adorned with vintage pearl beads. Stella has an eye on her backside - the better to see incoming aliens attacking. All dolls are stuffed with new polyfill. Measures about 19 inches long by 10 inches wide. Not meant to stand on her own. Place on a bed, couch or pillow.
