I have a major stomach discomfort. i also have bloated stomach i am eating one before meals. three-four times a day. the beano medicine started to slowly relieve discomfort and bloated stomach after a couple of days. i am still eating taking it daily. I eat a ton of carbs, vegetables, and beans.
