Comes in a very heavy box. Must assemble kit and door is in slats, you’re literally building the door! Wasn’t super clear in the description, so that was a fine surprise.It was a little tricky with adding the hardware and to mount it, need to buy an additional board + hardware for your wall. It took me about 2 hours to assemble, but instructions were clear and all pieces included. If you’re hiring someone to install for you, read the instructions for size of header board needed and don’t forget the screws for drill that contractor will need to mount the header board on first. The header board is important so don’t damage your wall and can get the door weight on the studs and not drywall. If going directly into wall, you have to be sure where your studs are when hang rail and relationship to door opening, the header board allows you to have flexibility and safer than damaging your wall as handles most the weight.It doesn’t get a great close (most barn doors don’t!) but looks really nice and cost a fraction of other options. My second choice cost 5x this, so overall glad I took a risk on this kit and it looks much more expensive, feels heavy & quality.

We absolutely love this door. Not the easiest to put together. Be prepared to buy a couple of pieces of wood depending on your door and wall.

Modern yet rustic charm. You’ll need two people to install it properly. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and all necessary hardware is included. However, due to its weight, it’s important to make sure you have a solid wall or support beam for proper mounting. Looks Beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. Mounting was fairly easy although the instructions stink. I would suggest adding 2 inches to the door height for proper clearance underneath. As you will see from the video, they suggest much less and it is very tight on the bottom. Also, they do suggest installing a header to mount the spacers into this did not work for my application. Because part of the door was hanging over and opening with no wall to mount to. Also I didn't know want to extend it that far off the wall for my application. So I used large washers behind the spacers for proper support. the door is very heavy, so you do need to make sure it is supported. Molly's will not work. You need to hit stud. Slides nicely and does the job. I would just improvise a little when installing.

Very well built! Solid materials. The one thing everyone should prepare for and not just with this door/company is that our houses are built differently so you may need to drill holes in the track that line up with your wall studs. I didn't take a star because it has nothing to do with the door/company. This is an amazing product and if I needed to buy another one, I would buy from this company for sure!
