Love It Forward MP3 CD – November 15, 2016

This book is wonderful something for the whole family especially if you are suffering from depression. Jeff tells it like it is with love. I would suggest this book to my friends in fact I sent one to my daughter. He is a guru for these troubling times..

What a gift to the heart.. given in the form of words!!As I read through Love it Forward, I would find myself getting excited throughout the day, to get back to a beautifully written little golden nugget of truth. It is as if, this book, or Jeff himself is a holograph, where no matter where I am in life, his words are written just to me, exactly where I am in the moment.I think one of the things I appreciate most about this work of art, is that he just lives with us, in the muck and mire of relationships. He continuously calls us up, to higher elevations of ourselves, and I know I can be lifted out of a victim pattern, thought, or inner paradigm that is no longer serving me. It happens in an instant, and although he sets an amazingly loving high bar (which is incredibly needed in our culture) of how to love well, I never feel as if it too high, or lofty, but this standard calls me to say YES, Im there.. with you all.. Let's rise up together, as this is very attainable.I can only guess that this must be because Jeff has healed the fragmented parts of himself that he then asks us to look at. He never asks his reader to go to an intellectual place of healing, but to a place he has already paved. I can feel it, and it gives me the strength to not have to forge the way, but just say YES and follow. Thank you fearless leader.Thank you Jeff for giving to us a light to show us the way.CLD

Another beautiful collection of soulful writings from Jeff Brown.I have all his books now, and they are such a comfort to me, as well as a daily read to kickstart my heartthrough the course of all experiences....Heartwarming, soulful, amusing, truthful, insightful, are just a few words that come to mind when I think of how to describe Jeff's work.Please treat yourself to this gem of gems...I highly recommend ALL his books.....Jeri LynnePalm Springs, CA

Thought it seems the reader might want to think of Soulshaping as a prerequisite. The tidbits, or "soul graffiti" as the author describes it, stand on their own as nice quotes to remember or bits of encouragement, it feels I am missing something having not read the oft-referenced and/or alluded to previous work, Soulshaping.

I read one page at the end of my yoga classes - I found Jeff Brown via Instagram and so glad that I did. He puts things into words that speak directly to my heart.

I am a bit of a spiritual seeker so I will read just about anything that written to help me make sense of that journey. Funny enough, I'd never heard of the author nor any of his books, so I sort of stumbled across this book and boy am I glad I ordered it and have it in my bookshelf!I resonated with a lot of Jeff's views based on my own life's experiences. This book is just beautifully written, delightfully short and easy to read, thought provoking, inspiring and just full of hope and encouragement (I could compare it to a colourful, beautiful contemporary piece of art!). I found myself re-reading pages and stopping to contemplate what I'd just read, more than once with this book. This is definitely not one of those heavy, sedate and abstract spiritual books. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of his work.

Jeff Brown writes books that help the soul and heart heal. You have to be prepared to do the inside work yourself, and reading his books can help the journey to self awareness, knowing where you trip up and what sort of things trigger you into pain or denial.This book comprises one liners, points of observation and essays he has written that focus on how to reach the heart and remove layers of behaviour that we may not even know are there.The love it forward book is also part of Jeff's greater vision - if we can heal as individuals we can create societies that are more healthy and ultimately a world that is more caring and loving.

I love the work of Jeff Brown and this book is no different, it's a beautiful collection of his quotes throughout the years. He contributes honest, grounding, beautiful spiritual insights that make you feel loved and empowered. It is done in such a way that makes you see clearly that healing needs to be done inside yourself first and truly felt with every ounce of yourself and what is true for you.

This is a beautiful book. I use the quotes often in my yoga classes, and they are quite poignant in my personal life as well. If you are looking for a heartfelt book that encompasses many truths about humans in bite size pieces with beautiful writing than this is the book for you.

I love all Jeff browns books I would throw all my other books in the rubbish if I could only keep one it would be Jeff
