I love a head torch, they are so versatile not only for walking but for moments when the electric goes out or even a fuse blows.This is a great set of 3 head torches in various colours for £15.99, fantastic value. They are very lightweight so won’t make you feel unbalanced.It has 4 lighting modes - steady bright light, steady light, steady red light and flickering red light. The light can also be focused up or down so you can direct the beam wherever you need it.It takes 3AAA which are not included. The strap is a comfortable elastic which can be adjusted so could fit either a child or adult.

I don’t like these. The build quality is poor and, although the lamp unit can be angled to suit, the battery compartment often fails to stay shut (you need to supply three AAA batteries per lamp). The light output isn’t as good as I had expected either.The band does feel comfortable and it is adjustable, but the overall quality is low and the units disappointing.

Anyone who is serious about the outdoors will probably not be even tempted by these NORYER head torches. The waterproof rating alone isn't up to scratch (you can see from the photos that there is no rubber/silicone seal), but they do come with an IP44 rating which claims to be splashproof from any angle, but I wouldn't want to test them in in anything but a very light quick rain shower, I think heavy and persistent rain would damage these beyond repair.Requiring 3 AAA batteries, which are easy to install, it will be interesting to see how long the batteries last before replacing. I have only tested the head torch for a short period so I can't comment. I guess not having a rechargeable battery keeps the costs of these to around £5 per unit. For such a cheap head torch they are surprisingly very comfortable to wear (I have had far more expensive head torches that slip and slide, or dig into the head too much, partly as I have a 64cm head circumference). The pack of 3 is great for small families on camping trips, or for those starting winter running for the first time (although the waterproofing might be an issue).The full-beam is very bright, and the low beam would be good inside a tent when you don't want to blind people. The two red light options I am a bit perplexed as to when you would use them unless you put the light on the back of your head when running?!?I can imagine these would be more suited to someone who needs a head torch indoors such as a DIYer or car mechanic, where it is dry.Just to recap, these don't tick all the boxes when it comes to what makes a fantastic head torch, but at this price, it is hard to knock them. Hence 5 stars. I recommend these to anyone who wants a simple torch, without the need for a rechargeable battery or higher dust and water resistance.

Great lights and very easy to use I must say. The only issue I can actually possibly have with this is the fact that it doesn't have a wide variety of wide range to cover with the lion and Unicorn is a small amount although is very helpful as they touched my head so it literally insights you whatever I'm looking at and it's very fixated onto my head which I really admire and appreciate. I can very much admire the fact that it looks very authentic as well and it feels great my head it doesn't feel like there's anything on my head in fact and obviously the fact that you can click a button change the type of light that you have on there is really good as well which I really like. it's quite unique in the fact that you get in three different colours is really amazing as well and just putting it on makes me feel like I'm much safer especially when I'm going out for random night as is headline and it's for kids but you adults can use it too. I really do like this.

Super bright light. Great adjustability of the elasticated head band means it fits every one. They take 3 AA batteries each. Unfortunately the latch on the pink headlight doesn't close properly and keeps snapping open. So I put some tape around it.There are several modes for the light.Really handy.
