If you’re hoping to bake the best whole wheat sourdough bread, this is the best flour on the market in my opinion! They have many other great products that we also use, try the pancake mix.

I feel totally good about using this flour even though I’ve been told that most or all of wheat flour is not good for consumption. I have had no adverse reactions from using this flour. I will continue to use it as needed!
