Not for a 3yo
Its good for what it is just could of thought of sth firmer because my child got a rash on his neck from a string, going around it as a pad that shuld protect it kept slipping away. Kids are not adults.

Great use.
Daughter unfortunately broke her collar bone. This worked so much better than the sash the hospital gave her. She loved the colour and was able to adjust to her small heigh. I'd even say she healed quicker due to this as was swimming in a pool in Spain 3 weeks later!
