Construction is great. Assembly is quick and easy(less than 20 min). Seems very quiet and the MyCloudfitness app syncs up automatically. Solid overall bike for the money and anyone starting out.

I had issues with my original order the bike unfortunately broke within the first week. But the customer service was great! Amazon sent me a replacement and the company sent me a reinforced box to send it back and was able to get it picked up from my home with no extra cost. The replacement works great! It fits nicely in our tv room and doesn’t take up a lot of room. It was very way to assemble. It does the job for the price. I am happy with my purchase.

I am a bieliever that you don't need a $2500 peloton to get exercise in. This bike looks awesome and does the job! I bought an extra padded seat for my butt since it's bigger and needs that extra padding. I love how small it is and takes up a small amount of room. I just got it so I don't have any results yet but I hope this will help me lose some pounds! Took less than an hour to assemble. It comes with a free app to monitor your activity!

The bike is not for shorter people: seat doesn't adjust forward and the bars do not move in (just up and down) people.The seat, as others have mentioned, keeps falling off no matter how much you tighten it with the wrench.The resistance goes from very light to very heavy without any gradations in between.It's impossible to reach any customer service since they are closed due to Covid, which is the whole reason everyone is buying bikes for home. They didn't keep anyone to work from home to answer questions?I could probably think of more things if I wasn't so annoyed that the seat keeps falling off.

It was a little heavy to get into the apartment but I live alone so I got it into my unit by myself. The instructions recommend you have two people to assemble it but I work on heavy machinery at work anyway so I figured it couldn’t be that hard anyway which it was not. I am a single mom and I work a lot so I don’t always have time to go to the gym which is why I bought this. Like I said it was very easy to put together but the bicycle seat was extremely uncomfortable and before Covid I used to go to a cycling class at the gym and even their seats were much more comfortable. I used this bike a total of five times along with the app the instructions tell you to download to get the best out of your workouts and the pedal unscrewed out of the socket (the part that was already preassembled prior to it being shipped) leaving the bike inoperable. I even had the manager at one of the gyms come by to take a look at it so that maybe she could fix it and there was nothing she could do without charging me to fix it.

I assembled the bike today and used it for a good 20 min. I love it so far it’s strong and does not feel like it will break soon. Good material. It was easy to build not too many parts. I love that it came with a little thingy that holds my phone while I ride. Great buy!!!

Like many that have written reviews for this item within the past year. I got this bike due to the pandemic with gyms in my living area closed indefinitely for who knows how much longer. Assembly for the bike is a breeze with well directed instructions and all the necessary tools needed.So far it seems to work well, although the resistance factor does not seem to do anything. But, for me that is not a big deal. Is it as good as a Peloton? the answer is of course no, but for the price it is a pretty good deal ($200) for an indoor bike to do some casual daily exercising with.I want to also mention that I was missing a part when I first received my bike. It was missing the spring knob that holds the seat shaft in place. I emailed customer service, and they did send me the item, although it did take a couple of weeks for it to arrive.
