TYD-50 Small Synchronous Gear Motor 110V AC 7.5-9RPM CW/CCW Turntable Motor Brush Motor

My old fishing rod drying motor died and got this to replace. Works good so far.

These motors are excellent for long hours of great service without issues!

The 24 rpm motor worked well for my 3d printed watch winder. The gripe I have about the motor is that it vibrates at about 60 hertz which causes the watch winder to hum while in operation.

I purchased this motor to replace the 70+ year old motor in the Barber pole. The original motor was a bunch of copper wire windings and I looked everywhere for a replacement but apparently [they] stopped making them in 1987. So after a bunch of research, I figured this motor would turn the red/white/blue barber pole sleeve with a little help from a homemade shaft to screw into the motor shaft. Worked perfectly. The 30 RPM (I think) turns the sleeve just at the right speed.

Bought this motor for my homemade coffee bean roaster because of the rpm advertised. Was a little leary because it was so inexpensive but it works well. You just have to make sure of the rotation because it goes backwards when turned off then on again.

This little motor seems to work. It’s fairly quiet. The shipping from this seller is really slow. I was about to cancel!

It’ doesn’t take an Engineer to figure it out but instructions would help. I use the product to dry fishing rods after the expo y is applied usually 24 hour process. I have used it six times..no problems. It seems to to get hot to the touch., hoping that is normal. Hoping there is a variable speed model like a 6-20 RPM. All in all, “ This Motor Will Turn”.

Strong motor

Relatively easily to install and works great.

Worked well to replace the broken motor in my electric fireplace, only complaint is it is a little noisy but more than tolerable.
