The ONLY way to ride with others!
I have two of these I've been using for almost a year for communicating on partner rides and they're just awesome. I have a weird set of installation parameters (installed into headphones with some major customization) and they come with two different mics and an assortment of mounting gear... everything I could imagine needing, plus. And I've abused them. They've been wet. One went into salt water about 6 months ago - I snatched it out of the water and after getting the water out of the mic opening I just kept using it- no problems. I mangled one of the mics in a hatch- the part was easy to get.I bought a third unit, recently. The new unit was faulty, and it took me a couple of months to figure it out (I wasn't riding much), but the seller was very chill about replacing it... a big thumbs up!They can be a bit of a pain to pair to each other - I have to use the instructions more than I'd like to admit. The charge lasts about 6-7 hours. My phone pairs without any trouble at all, and my wife says it sounds great on her end. The charging cord is usb c, but it's got a weird shape (probably how it gets the ip rating it does) and so the charging cables are, in effect, proprietary. The noise cancelling is amazing. They've definitely added a lot to my ride experience and I recommend them.

Second set of fodsports
I already have the ms1pro on 2 helmets. My wife likes music and we are giving these a try.So long term use. These thing are solid. Ive used mine non stop on an iron butt ride for over 19 hours on 1 charge. I streamed 3 audio books and used my phone and gps. If battery life is even remotely a concern. These things are battery efficent. And thats on a unit over a year old.Speaker placement and mic placement play a big part on how well ANY unit is going to work for you. Play around with different settings. If your helmet is loose and doesnt fit correctly. Doesnt matter what brand, your going to have issues. The only draw back I have with the ms1plus is the new speaker/charger port. It maybe a non issue, but haveing to unplug to charge will wear on your connection and wite over time. Plus there is no option to charge as you ride. Not that ive ever needed to. But If moto camping and you cant charge at night. Might be an issue. The ms1pro can be charged on the go.

Works Well With Closed Face Helmets For Auto Racing
I installed a Fodsports intercom on my two full face auto helmets. I eventually moved the location to avoid hitting the buttons when putting on or taking off the helmet.I had a problem with the sound quality in one of the mics. Fodspaorts mailed me a new one a day later.Excellent customer service. New mic fixed everything. These are the best racing intercoms I have used in the last ten years.

Great sound, long battery life, easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these to sync to 2 helmets to allow me to communicate with my wife while riding. I actually bought a helmet with a microphone and speaker built in, but wanted an upgrade. The Fodsports headset was definitely an upgrade!Install was really easy. I thought I would have to remove the old speakers, but is easily slipped in and I had it installed in under 15 minutes. The clip to the helmet is made of metal, and is strong enough to hold securely in place wherever you put it.Speaker quality - it can go loud enough to hear comfortably riding down the road at 70+ miles per hour. Base and treble were good, not super high end, but definitely not tinny. Noise cancelling is a necessity - my other speakers did not have this, and removing the wind noise makes a big difference.Microphone - it comes with a button and boom style. My helmets are full face (safety first!), and I tried out both versions of microphone. Couldn't really tell the difference. If you have a modular or open face, the boom style will be the one you need. It comes with plenty of double sided sticky material, so I attached the button to the front of the helmet.Battery - I've taken it on a 8 hour day, sharing music, turn by turn directions, and intercom during the whole day between the two helmets. It ran just fine (my phone ran out of juice, but not my headset!). I ride my motorcycle daily in the fall, and bring in the device to charge once a week. No problems with battery.I really like how easy it is to charge. My inbuilt headset had a battery hidden away inside the helmet, and it was difficult to get the charger to stay in. Plus I had to bring in the whole helmet. The Fodsport clips out and has a USB-C charge port - really easy to manage.Ease of use - I like the multiple buttons. There is an intercom button which is different shape than the function button. Easy to feel even with gloves on. One click and it transfers from iphone connection to intercom. Either rider can initiate the intercom. One button and it's back to iphone music (and turn by turn directions). The function key is larger and integrates to pause the music.I really like that I can share music - both riders can listen from one iphone. Feature is easy to set up, hold down the plus for 3 seconds with both units turned on, and away we go.Using siri works well. You have to press the volume + and volume - at the same time. Not hard to do, I do wish it was just one button though. Answering incoming calls also works well, but you'll need to 'study' a little to know what button to push for incoming. It has an auto-answer functionality, but I didn't want to auto answer my calls, so I set it up to require that I accept the call.I only have 2 of these, so I didn't test more than 2 intercoms. I will say that the range appears to be pretty good, I had my daughter walk about 200 yards away and it still worked fine.Overall, a very solid headset for a good price. Exactly what I was looking for.

It was what I expected.
Not a bad deal, does the job. Little strange to operate but other than that I like it.

FM radio didn’t receive any stations
The fm radio function in the unit I received did not pick up any stations. Customer service told me the antenna used the speaker wires, but the speaker wires are hidden in the helmet. Also the voice control function requires you to press the plus and minus buttons simultaneously. This is very difficult especially with gloves because of the pressure required to press the buttons. The description leads you to believe that you can trigger Siri and do not have to remove your hands from the bars. I was expecting that you could trigger Siri by saying hey Siri in the helmet. This is not the case. I can’t comment on the quality of the audio because I didn’t ride with the unit. I give the product three stars only because the company responded very quickly and offered a refund without hesitation.

Decent all around bluetooth
Intercom is not that clear from helmet to passenger helmet. I haven't tried using it with a pack yet. But the music and the call quality is above average. And at a decent price compared to the competitors. I would recommend and buy again.

Awesome range
Ordered, came sooner than expected. Works exceptional both connecting to another Fod unit and other brands. Line of sight distance 800m, out of sight cut that in 1/2. More than enough if travelling in a group of riders.Sharing music with my wife on the back is very easy, or she can have her own playing. Communication speeds up to (or slightly above) highway speeds. Speakers are not home stereo quality, but considering all the other wind noise, engine noise, etc they perform well and I wouldn't return the units because of that at all. Rode in one rain storm so far, seem bullet proof. Love the large buttons, can access and utilize all features with gloves on. Mic picks up voice only and the constant intercom (when music isn't playing - it's one or the other) between wife and I is just like riding in my jeep. Battery life (only owned for a month or so) is great, but as with all electronics we'll see how it holds up after repeated charge/discharge cycles. Can't go wrong with these units.
