I bought this on the understanding that the burger base would be 1" deep as described. I already have one that gives to thin a burger. this is exactly the same, just under 3/4"

Sturdy, easy to clean, and makes beautiful patties
Love this product. It makes beautiful and perfectly sized patties. It's easy to clean and easy to use. Love the aluminum. Honestly I didn't think I'd use the circular wax pads, but I'm hooked on them. Makes removing the patties so much easier and stacking them on a plate for grilling a cinch.

Perfect for burger making!
This product is a perfect replacement for a plastic one that I used to have. My plastic one broke. This is durable, easy to clean, and the burger patties are easy to remove.
