I have hair growing on my head now. I cut my hair several times last year becaue it was unhealthty due to relaxers and dye, and it wouldn't grow back for no reason. My hair usually grows like crazy, but not this time around. My oldest daughter kept saying, "hey ma, why your hair not growing back?" She's not understanding this and neither am I. I think it came from all the recent stress I just went through over losing my husband 4 years ago and a few other things. In any case, I started taking this supplement about 3 weeks ago and I see visible signs of hair growing on my head. I can tell by my bangs because they wouldn't grow at all. Now I have enough hair to roll and curl. I also use Nexxus Extensive Damage Hair Repair shampoo and Mask in the black and purple package to give my hair a fighting chance. I try not to put heat on my hair at all or only once a week if I have to. I am now opting for wet sets more. My fingernails also suffered a great deal of stress and kept breaking. Now I have nails that are growing at a good rapid pace. While they are still slightly brittle and weak, they are stronger than they were weeks ago. This product is still being evaluated by me, and I have not done this review for anyone. I just offered to do it to help the public with their decision making in purchasing this product. I sincerely believe this vitamin mixture truly does work. I'm sticking with it and take two a day and I don't have any nausea with the capsules and I take them with food at night before bed time. This is a very nice product. I find that, taking one a day, my nails have grown much stronger and my hair has grown more voluminous. I usually experience split ends around the length my hair is now, but it still appears quite healthy. I have a lot of very fine hair and usually lose a lot of it, especially when washing it, but I have experienced a lot less hair loss while taking this supplement.I was shocked to see that my thin eyebrows grew thicker and darker, and more shocked to find that my eyelashes grew crazy long. I have always had short eyelashes and thin eyebrows—now people ask me if I'm wearing makeup! Nope, just this supplement.I like the size of the capsules. I also like that there is no strong taste. Though the bottle recommends taking them with a meal, I find I am able to take them with an empty stomach, possibly because of their capsule form. I like that they are 2500 mcg pills, not 5000 mcg, since I can lower the dosage appropriately to my body weight. I would recommend this to those who find that their hair is thin and their nails are flaky. It's really changed things more than I thought it would.

I started using this product when I started getting brittle nails , hair fall and other skin issues. I started having this as per the recommended dosage (2 tablets daily). I noticed considerable difference in my nails and skin - nails are not strong and i can grow them as before (like i was using prenatal tablets) and the skin issues are also reduced. I started to get a nice glow in my skin and it is no more dry and itchy. I haven't noticed much difference in my hair though.I am almost done with my first bottle. Will be ordering again and I will update the review if i see any difference in my hair.Overall it is a nice product. I have not seen any adverse effects/ cons so far

A few months ago I started noticing my hair shedding a lot especially when I brush it. I noticed hair thinning on the front of my scalp and I began to worry that I was going to lose more hair. I researched for hair growth products and came across this miracle product 2 months ago. After about two weeks I started noticing that my hair was not shedding as much and it started shedding less and less by the day. I also noticed some new growth hair on my scalp and have felt my hair feeling fuller and soft. I also have nails that break easily and often and it has helped them to grow very beautifully and I now paint my nails a lot more than I used to because I just love my beautiful long nails. So far I have ordered a couple of the bottles and have been very pleased with the results. I shared my experiences with my sisters and they all wanted to try it so I have bought them the vitamins to try and gave them a very positive feedback. Y didn’t this tell us it’s a vegetarian product. I just received my order n read everything about it then saw it’s vegetarian I have used other vegetarian vitamins n not happy with the results

I have alopecia areata. I've had it for about 12 years now. I have tried every topical product out there. Spent thousands of dollars. I've also tried steroid injections that are extremely painful. We recently moved to the south where humidity is high and my hair is an instant frizz ball. I unfortunately am not comfortable putting my hair up due to the alopecia. For the last 2 years I have had a bald spot that spans from the top left down behind my ear across the back and migrating up the right side of my head. Slowly it is beginning to grow back but it is going to take some time. I decided since topical treatments have been so unsuccessful I would need to treat from the inside out. I have already done diet changes and wanted a vitamin without fillers that would benefit my condition. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and have already felt fuzzy hairs growing on spots that have been baby butt smooth for months! Definitely a change with frizziness in the humidity which I assume will only get better and as a bonus the acne scars on my back are less noticeable. I am completely happy with this product and will continue to take it for ever and ever!

Since using this product, this is the longest my nails have been without having fake nails! My skin is glowing and my hair has grown as well. I would say the most effective part is the fingernails, only because my have grown so noticeably long. I have received so many compliments since using this product!
