It's a beautiful addition to our deck, it's warm and eye catching. We love it.

The heater is good quality, and although there were lots of parts to assemble the directions are better than most and it fired right up.

The flame looks great but doesn't give off much heat. The mushroom head heaters will keep you warmer.

Looks great, heat is just ok, but love the vibe it puts out.

Low heat output so need at least two fir a midsize deck.

No real heat. Do not buy looks pretty but has basically no usable heat output. If it wouldn't have been so hard to disassemble and repack I would have sent it back. I'll save you the trouble don't buy this one. Hope this helps someone

Takes a hot minute to assemble, not difficult, just lots of pieces. I ended up buying another.

Unless standing straight under the top (which is nearly impossible unless near touching the heater) there isn't heat distribution of any worth. I would return this heater, but my husband has put it all together. Sitting under the heater in 45-degree weather in a deck chair, I did not receive the expected heat, and I prefer it on the cooler side.Aesthetically it is beautiful with the dancing flame and looks great in the dark. And there isn't a worry of being burned because it is all enclosed in glass. However, it is not worth the money.

These heaters are impossible to find, I could hardly believe they would arrive but they did. The assembly takes a little while but it isn’t hard. The construction is good but not super tough. It it made of something like tin and uses welds. If the unit were to fall over it would likely be damaged, but it weighs about 70 pounds with a tank in the bottom so this would be unlikely to happen. They actually put out more heat than I expected. If you are within three feet of the unit you feel the warmth. The real reason to get these is how awesome they look. It creates a very nice mood like a campfire but without the smoke.
