TASTES TERRIBLE. so bad that i can't use it. I have seriously never consumed a supplement that tasted this bad. It also does not mix well. You have to constantly shake it up. It works okay pre-workout wise. Gives you a little tingle, but it also takes forever to kick it. You seriously have to drink it at least a full 30 min to feel anything. I know that most pre-workouts advertise that you should drink 30 min before you workout, however, most that I have taken you begin to feel effects after about 10 min or so. Good price, but with a taste like that is it not worth it.
