The skill and scholarship of Harris and Crowley made Thoth the Rolls Royce of Tarot decks. The printing is nicely detailed, allowing the cards to be scanned at high resolution for more immersive study.

I am quite surprised I haven’t ordered this deck before as I have been reading tarot and Angel cards for years, but they say when the time is right.Great deck. I got the small version as for a man I have very small hands so easier to shuffle and they shuffle beautifully. Having said this I will probably get the larger deck at some point. I love this deck as I have a knowledge of the Kabbalah and this deck works well with the Kabbalistic tarot especially for clarifying purposes.I personally wouldn’t say these cards are good for beginners as I would get to know the Ryder Waite decks first before advancing onto the Throth. Symbolism is excellent and I am getting amazing results. Perfect size for me and like I said shuffle beautifully , and even though they are glossy this doesn’t cause a problem .

Once again these cards are a lovely deck, nice size to use, lovely imagery. These cards are a joy to work with

Just a review on this particular size: This is the regular size for a tarot deck, not the over-sized display deck or the miniature pocket deck, just your regular, daily use size that you might be used to seeing in general public stores. If you posess or have seen a regular Marseilles tarot or a Rider-Waite tarot deck, well, these are that size.

I have several packs of tarot. I do not feel comfortable using this pack for readings but that is a personal decision. The artwork is absolutely beautiful and well worth buying for that reason alone.

Sturdy, glossy card stock of Tarot width (but not regular Tarot hight, i think so as to not stretch the beautifull imagery.) My complaint is the box is flimsy and not suited to the card stock. There is a full finger gap at the top of the box and the cards get knocked about. As someone who takes a deck everywhere with me the box is not robust enough for any use. I wish id bought the larger size so that i can enjoy the imagery without having to squint at the price of a harder shuffle. However the quality of the cards themselves in colour and detail is great. Guess ill have to wear this deck out fast so i can justify buying a bigger set and hope for a stronger box.

I have a lot of taro cards and these are good quality and nice pictures. Nice, nice, nice,nice, nice !
