I received this package early in November. Took two days to get here and the package had big open spots for air and a warning that there were live insects inside so they would be handled more carefully. The seller did a great job thinking the whole product through from outside packaging to the bag the bugs were in. Every single one was running around happy as could be ready to come out and run up my arm when I opened the mesh bag up! Not one was dead, fantastic! I just bought a greenhouse and my tomatoes and peppers were full of aphids when I put them inside the greenhouse. It was getting cold and the days just turned short so these guys were ready to hide and hibernate. Most of them are hiding now, but I see some of them flying around when I go in to water every day. So they are very healthy and ready to clean up my plants! I will buy more come spring, great product at any cost for the quality you receive!

I had ordered the smaller size for my garden in my basement during the winter and they were all alive and helped a lot with other bugs but this time I ordered the 300 count and half of them were dead in the package when it got here. I was really sad because these little guys were gonna (hopefully) live in my garden on the porch

I bought these lady bugs to rid my garden of aphids and whiteflies followed all instructions. It didn’t eem to do any good once in my Gergen house they were never to be seen again the add I saw for lady bugs was in an open garden my green house is enclosed except for the top. It has four panels that are opened. I was told they stay in the garden until the aphids are gone or else why put them in any kind of gren opened or partially closed. I didn’t get them till way later than expected as it was but I had to report to spraying all my plants by hand which I was hoping to not have to do and hanging up sticky things after that. I’m sorry I can’t give you a good review but this was doomed from the start. From now on I’ll just hang sticky things and clean the leaves little at a time.

I put out cotton balls with water, released hem in the evening, all of them died within a few days

Let’s be honest shipping love animals is never easy. The packaging was nice and did provide holes for fresh air, however 1/2 of them were dead upon arrival. The ones that do arrive alive did well and were hard working. Still unfortunate to spend the price for half them to die. Save your money and buy local.

Make sure you know when they are in season before you buy or you could end up buying them and then they die very quickly after.

I thought this was a great idea to naturally battle pests that were devouring my flowers and I was excited to receive my ladybugs! As guaranteed the ladybugs were delivered alive with the exception of a few and they arrived before the expected delivery date! I released them per the instructions included in the package and was hoping they would devour the aphids on my flowers. Unfortunately by the next day most of the ladybugs were dead and there were only a few remaining by day 3 all ladybugs were gone or had died but the aphids were still thriving! Good idea but didn’t work for the purpose I ordered them for, I wouldn’t buy them again.
