Great little wooden toy for our 2.5 year old’s play kitchen. The lever moves the bread up and down and the dial on the front turns too. Only complaint is that the jam lid is glued on - my kid gets a bit frustrated that it doesn’t come off so he can put his knife in to get some jam - so would be great if it came off. After lots of fun posting the butter in the toast slots - a pain to get out but fine with some jiggling - my little boy is loving making toast by himself.Came packaged in a lovely recyclable box with a little tissue paper and tiny bit of sticky tape so extra thumbs up from me for minimal plastic and waste packaging.Great option for a present for 2-3 year old too!

Bought this for my nephew who is 4 and for my 16 month old boy and both loved it, really inspires creative play and is really beautifully made. All the items come individually wrapped in tissue paper and it all comes in a smart brown box with black ribbon - so makes opening it really fun for little ones. One small thing is that you can fit the butter into the toaster, as my 16 month likes to do, but it does come out eventually! Very good value for money.

Our grandchildren really enjoyed playing with this breakfast set and I love buying them wooden toys. Good quality and value for the set. Would have been 5 stars if the butter didn't keep getting put into the toast slots and then granny had a job to get them out again. We 'lost' the butter the next time they wanted to play with it! Favourite game was seeing how high they could get the toast to fly out of the slots. Nicely packaged and quick delivery.

Beautifully made toy. My 2 year old daughter loves it and plays with it regularly, a big hit! Really impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it. She likes the bright colours too. Excellent quality and value for money, I have now bought several Jaques toys and have loved them all, will definitely be buying more.

I ordered this for my 20 month old Grandson. It is beautifully made and he has played and played with it. He loves giving ‘eggy’ to his grandad and feeding his teddy with the toast.The set came beautifully packaged and with a lovely little note from the packer.Very high quality wooden toy at a reasonable price.

Lovely brightly coloured toy toaster with accessories. Purchased for our granddaughter for Christmas. No doubt we'll be served egg on toast when we are next able to visit her.The item is well made and should be durable. It appears very safe for a toddler toys play with.
