WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!
This thing doesn't work at all. First of all, there's no lock on the extendable "arms," so if your cup wants to move one way or the other while driving, the "arms" will just extend and allow your cup to fall. It also pivots so your larger cup can be above the original cup holder, or off to the side so the original holder can be used as well. Same thing though, there's no lock on the pivoting part, so as soon as you turn or hit a bump, your cup will go whichever way it wants. This was my first time using it, and the first turn I made, the cup fell and spilled everywhere. I had to hold onto this 50oz jug for the rest of my drive, which sucked. My advice? Leave the big cup at home and buy a smaller one for the car. These adapters suck.

Not perfect, but best I've found
I was searching all over for some way to keep my 32oz water bottle in place in the car. This is certainly big enough to accommodate it. I have found 2 issues though, the 1st being that if the bottle is full it will tip out. I think this could be solved if the "prongs" were a bit higher. 2nd being that because the bottle is heavy and the unit can rotate out, when I take a turn it has a tendency to rotate with the gravity. This could be fixed by being able to lock the unit when it's where you want it. All in all I'm happy with this. I was easily able to make it fit with the extra pads it came with, and no matter how you cut it, it's way better than the bottle flying all over the car! Also, if you have anything smaller than a half gallon water bottle, you most likely won't run into either of those issues.

It’s smarter if you just get the right sized drink.
Honestly just get a better sized cup. This adapter thing is too weird and awkward it’s not worth it. Once you finally get it to be the right size it’s super wobbly with the cup it feels like it’ll fall out and doesn’t feel sturdy at all. It’s just confusing all around I wouldn’t mess with it if I were you.

Adds function to your car
I saw a version of this advertised online, but didn't want to pay that advertised price and a shipping fee. So I jumped on Amazon to pick a similar item with Prime shipping, and selected this one. This was certainly inexpensive, but still functional. Adds a second cupholder, but mainly using the pivoting cup as a phone holder / for other items. It comes with double-sided tape pads if you need it to be more secure.

Very low quality
Was hoping this would solve the issue of my wife's 40oz water bottle from tipping over in the car, but its very low quality and cam barely hold anything. The base "water bottle" holder only holds very small bottles, and not my 750ml sport top. The upper holder is too shallow, so while larger bottles fit, they are unsupported (no tension) and simply topple over. Placing the item in the cupholder seems easy enough...but it's very narrow, so there is a lot of gap and it isn't secure. The included foam "spacers" didn't help at all. One plus...super easy to remove, it falls right out!!Summary: GARBAGE

Very nice product
I like this 2 in drink holder. I received a 14oz yeti for Christmas. I have tried others nothing fits my yeti cup. I did have to put several cushions around it to get it to fit. Very pleased with this don't have to drive one handed.

Little cup
The company will send you foam inserts to stabilize the cup holder. However, the piece that sits In your cup holder becomes unusable. The “cup” that sits in your cup holder is so small, normal drinks won’t fit in it. Instead of getting two cup holders you are simply trading your built in cup holder for an extendable cup holder.

Save your money
In theory this is awesome. But...the stationary holder is for a very small bottle or cup. And even if you have a lot of the padding tape on it, it is still wobbly on the extension holder. It will not hold a bottle in the extension unless you have something in the stationary holder.

Waste of money
This does not fit any cup holder I have tried. The swivel arm on it sticks out too far and hits the top and side making it unstable and on an angle. Don't waste your time or sanity with this.
