I have ordered hats from this vendor several times and pleased with their product. It is important to note that the logos are sometimes embroidered and other times ironed on based on the complexity of the logo. I have been happy with both though prefer embroidered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. The cap itself is decent quality and the embroidery well done. The price per hat is extremely low compared to other customeized caps I looked at. But, I suppose that is why you have to buy 10 at a time! Two additional things stand out: First, the company verified the customization before completing the order, and second, my order arrived at least one week earlier than the estimated delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase customized caps again from this supplier -- if and when I may need 10 hats! The reason 4 stars and not five is that even the best can alays improve. I was not at all disappointed, and so far, the people I have given a hat to have been happy too.

I've ordered these hats with various designs 6 times now and find this company excellent to work with and the quality of the hats is outstanding. They arrive quickly and I've never had a single issue with the embroidery or hats. People love the way they fit! My team will all be wearing them in East Africa this summer for our conservation work.

It was easy to follow the ordering directions and the hats came out with perfect stitching and just what I had pictured. The quality was great and I used the hats at a family reunion and everyone was impressed with the quality of the hat and the printing on both the front and back of the hat. Well worth the price!

These hats are great. The craftsmanship of the stitched logo are excellent. I provided the logo that I wanted and positioning of text as well as colours and they provided a colour proof for my approval before proceeding. Customer service could only be described as professional and top-notch. The cap is of high quality materials which washes very well (although I do use a hat form to air dry). The embroidery withstands washing well and both cap and embroidery maintain their colour very well and have yet to fade. Even the drawstring clip is top quality. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and these caps will stand the test of time. Most excellent.
