Mounting hardware doesn't fit a 2019 jeep Cherokee Trailhawk as indicated. Instructions very poor.

Good Quality
I had gotten this for my car and when working with it, it seemed to be a very quality product and seemed very rugged. Sadly, due to my own errors, it doesn’t fit my car. However, the product is very much of good quality and the customer support was spot one.
