I rated this item four it marks good the only thing I found is that the scent of the pencil is high.

Not exactly what I use to use.
I usto use the Winks brow pencil which had a harder lead and was so easy to use. These are apparently different, and the lead on these is too soft and not adequet for my brows. I thought they were for eyebrows only, but apparently they are eyeliner too.. too bad, cause I really wanted the ones with the hard lead. If there are any Winks , that are just for brows only with a harder lead, it would make me happy to find them.
