Gillian's Foods Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs - 12 oz

I love making chicken cutlets dipped in egg, then into these bread crumbs and cooked up in a pan. Delicious! I had stopped making them years ago, due to avoiding gluten. Now I can enjoy them again, and with Italian Seasonings! Perfect!

Cannot recommend these enough. Great flavor profile and amazing crunch. Not inexpensive, but amazing alternative to store bought breadcrumbs. Have bought several times already.

I wish the container was a bit bigger for the price but anyway it was worth it. My dad has a lot of food allergies and with this he can have great tasting breadcrumbs on his food again. Will definitely buy again :)

I ordered two containers of these breadcrumbs based off the good reviews I read. I was disappointed when I found I was shipped one container that was already opened. I was able to use the second unopened container for dinner tonight and found the breadcrumbs to be decent. Like other reviewers, one can hardly tell they're gluten free. I probably will not be purchasing these again based off the fact they sent me a container already opened... wouldn't be as big of an issue but with how expensive these are, I'd hope they could have checked the seal.

One of our family’s favorite meals is spaghetti and meatballs, the latter made, to the best of my ability, according to my Sicilian grandmother’s “recipe”. However, my adult daughter has celiac disease and so can’t eat the meatballs made with Progresso breadcrumbs. As a result, I have tried several different GF breadcrumbs and, according to my daughter, Gillian’s are the best. That’s good enough for me! They are pricey, no question about it. But when it comes to making meatballs my entire family loves, I’ll continue using Gillian’s for the GF polpette that I make.

Not impressed. After a struggle to open the dumb container and spilling crumbs all over the counter, I am not impressed. A quick taste proved that this is just a so-so product. After breading chicken with it, I'm still not impressed. The producer needs to improve the packing - besides it is not even a recyclable plastic container.

Product spilled in the package during shipping so I didn't receive a full container. It's very expensive so wasting some of it makes it not a very good value.The product itself is very good especially for gluten-free. I don't know if I would order again.

Love these bread crumbs. Best ones I have found with the flavor of “real” Italian bread crumbs. Makes my food crispy & flavorful.******I just wish Amazon would package them better. I purchased 3 they threw in a bag & one exploded all over the bag because of how they throw things all over the warehouse & trucks”***
