Should use every 2 days!
I love these sort of tools! They extract quite a lot, especially when you have skin care! Theyβve helped my skin loads. I recommend using these every 2-3 days, to keep on top! I also recommend using salicylic acid (wipes or toned down liquid) to remove the remaining bacteria!

I bought these ones as I read a lot of good reviews.It can be me, but after reading a lot of information how to prepare the skin before use them, they left a heavy scar of my skin.
