Hat is not fleece lined. Material is doubled up and sewn together on top with 4 large stitches. Its too stretchy and large, so it doesn't fit well.

This is perfect for my 11yo, and he loves the red color. This is probably our 3rd Columbia Whirlibird Stocking Cap (kids lose things sometimes), and I'm always please with the quality, fit, and warmth.
