Z650 Zurich Series Stainless Steel Grill with 6-Piece Burner Unit/Infrared Rear Burner/Rotisserie Kit/Stainless Steel Cart

As a grill, the unit performs very well. The six burners provide plenty of heat and versatility, the grates seem well made and durable, plenty of cooking space on the grill. Where I have issues with the grill is with some design choices. Grease seems to get everywhere inside the cabinetry of the grill, regardless of how careful you are. I need to clean the inside of the cabinet (where the propane tank would reside) several times already. I've had Webers in the past and this was never an issue for me. Plus, the grease tray is positioned in such a way that it allows any liquid in it to spill into the drawers or inside of the grill. I clean the trap after each use, but when it rains, the trap fills up and spills into the drawers. I'm going to have to engineer something myself to redirect the water/grease. Currently, I don't trust putting anything in the drawers that I don't mind getting wet and dirty. This is a same since the drawers are a very nice touch and appear to offer a safe place for items.I converted my unit from propane to natural gas and that was a snap - they did a very good job with that. My thermostat also filled with water after the first rain. I wrote the company and they sent me a new one free of charge, so their customer service appears to be good. I'll write them and ask what I might be able to do to prevent the mess from the grease trap.Overall, I had high expectations that so far have not been met. I'll be patient with it, but keeping it clean is going to be a constant struggle. I didn't have that challenge with my grills in the past.

This grill has excellent heat control and is large enough to use a stone or the grates to cook on.

If you're a grilling expert, you'll appreciate the quality of this grill, evident in everything from the balance of the lid to the movement of the drawers. Everything is smooth, placed for ultimate convenience, and functions perfectly.If you're a neophyte, read the instructions! Our previous experience has been with charcoal hibachis, and we faced a few stumbling blocks, including our failure to realize we needed to put a battery in for electronic ignition. Once we determined to follow the instructions, it was very easy to set up the grill and it operates as easily as a gas stove.The drawers stay miraculously cool, the shelves are sturdy and well-placed, and multiple burners mean that you can fix a rotisserie chicken along with steaks and brats enough to feed a crowd -- or grill salmon and veggies for two while being economical with fuel. I love it for grilling chicken and meat to add to salads -- you can cook several days' worth at a time and have healthy, easy meals after work.I don't know whether the grill is responsible for the quality of the food, but it has all been delicious. I wasn't sure whether we'd miss the charcoal flavor, but we still get that flame-grilled taste... and definitely don't miss the smoke.Cleaning the grill is easy, too. We have a specialized grill cleaning brush, but the rest of the assembly came apart easily and washed in soap and water. I use stainless steel spray cleaner for appliances, and it works well on the grill, too.In short, this grill is a pleasure to use. It seems perfect for families, parties, and even for organizations that hold cookouts. We'll be ordering a cover to keep it beautiful.

Although I didn't buy off of Amazon, this grill is fantastic!. Really gave me the diversity I needed in barbequing all types of meats and vegetables. Great construct and extremely durable. Very Happy with this purchase. I am a Swiss Grill guy for life now and my wife agrees. Looking forward to quick summer dinners.
