I had read online this can be used to clean water distiller grime, as opposed to buying the $30.00 a small container specialty cleansers. Worked like a charm. Boiled a big pan of water, poured into my distiller -- then mixed 1 tablespoon of citric acid in hot water, let sit for about 1/2 hour. Perfection. All scale and grime came right off. Saved so much money with this wonderful product. Highly recommend.
