OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Pizza Pan, 15 Inch

This is a hefty, well-made pizza pan with a very effective nonstick coating. The heavy-gauge steel, ridged base, and rolled lip make for a very solid pan that never warps, even when preheating it to 450F+. The surface is almost ridiculously nonstick, to the point that a cooked pie will slide around on it. The ridges certainly contribute to the nonstick properties of this pan, and it does seem like they improve browning on the bottom of the crust compared to a flat sheet. I use the Oxo nonstick-safe pizza wheel to cut pies directly on this pan and haven't seen any damage to the coating or change in how slick the surface is. And I run this thing through the dishwasher after every use, it is absolutely dishwasher-safe and you don't need to wash it by hand. Great all around pizza pan.

This is the best pizza pan I have ever owned, and I make a lot of homemade pizzas! Totally nonstick, perfect size, and really gets the crust nice and crispy. I’m so glad I found this pan. It came the very next day and was well packaged in a big box. No need to grease the pan at all. I’ll be careful not to use my metal pizza cutter on it though as I don’t want to take any chance of this great pan!

What I did not realize was you're not supposed to use a pizza cutter on the pizza pan. I use it for nachos. It is very easy to clean.

This is an amazing pizza pan. We make homemade pizza, with a homemade sourdough crust, every week. This pan makes both the cooking and the cleaning a cinch. No flour, no oil, just spread that dough on the pan and nothing, not even stray pieces of cheese are sticking. Super quick and simple to wash off with a mild detergent. I cook my pizza at 475 and have not had any warping of the pan. After months of use the pan still looks brand new. Just ordered another pan so we can do more than one pizza at a time.Now I do suggest showing this pan the respect it deserves. Do NOT cut your pizza on it. There's no need. That pizza will easily slide off onto a cutting board. Give it a quick handwash with gently detergent. Love your pan and it will love you back for many pizza nights to come.

This is the best most durable pizza pan I ever seen. Even a pizza cutter don't leave a mark on it. Cooks pizza perfect. You must buy this pan.

Have had our old pan for 40 years and was afraid we could not find an adequate replacement. We love the pan. Have made frozen and fresh home made pizzas with it and they are always perfect. The ridges on the bottom prevent that soggy bottom that we hate. This pan is easier to clean than any other in our kitchen. Nothing sticks to it, and if it looks like it has, moderate pressure or scrubbing takes it right off. High oven temperatures have not warped pan at all.Do not be afraid to buy this pan! We love it.

Bonne qualité de fabrication. Avec mon four à 450 degrés, la pâte à pizza était parfaitement cuite en 12 minutes.Très facile à nettoyer.

They work well and can contain good heat.

I love this pan. Cooks my pizza well and as long I don’t use a knife or metal cutting, it should stay nice longer. I’ve used a plastic knife so to preserve the pizza pan. I do recommend.

This is my third pizza pan that I have experimented with and it is by far the best hands down. I was skeptical of the uneven surface enhancing cooking. I cooked two pizzas one using my best pan to date and this one and the difference in how crispy and the classic leopard char on the bottom with the oxo pan is incredible. I turn the oven to 500 degrees for at least 45 minutes before use. Put a thin layer of olive oil then dust heavily with cornmeal. The pizza won’t stick and creates an amazing crispy crust!
