Wright's Baking Farmhouse Wholemeal Bread Mix 500g (Pack of 5)

I use a breadmaker and this mix produces excellent loaves always. Bread is delicious both fresh and toasted. I have always used this mix and will continue to do so.

So simple to use, and produces consistently excellent results: highly recommended!

I use this flour with half of Wrights white flour to make a very tasty loaf

Worked well, bread came out great and properly baked. Only downside was a *slight* aftertaste of raw flour (only way I can describe it). Not unpleasant and still nice to eat but it was fully baked, nicely textured, so can only put this down to it either being a new bread machine or something I didn’t quite like in the wholemeal mix. Just a little underwhelming rather than off putting but overall still far better than store bread. Maybe just a personal taste thing as it’s the first time I’ve tried this. I’ll try another mix to compare but generally speaking the bread turns out very good.

I haven't used this in a bread maker. But by hand it is perfect really easy to follow wonderful results every time. Only stopped because of moving house will start again. Soon.

Lovly tasty bread

I really like the Wrights bread mixes they taste great and are so easy to use in a breadmaker.Having said that the wholemeal is my least favourite variety. A much more dense loaf than the mixed grain or white . Also not as good flavour.

Tasty loaf, easily used.
