These things carve away material really fast on 6063 aluminum
These might be a little bit too aggressive for me because they really burn aluminum material away quickly. You have to use a really light touch when you are shaping pipe notches but they do a great job of burning away excessive welds on aluminum. I'm a terrible welder and is a spool gun so these are working well to grind away all of my overweld material.

Works great on aluminum
I’ve been looking for a product like this specifically made for aluminum. I used some last night and they work very well, don’t plug up and last a long time. I also like the cupped shape, as this allows you to hold the grinder at a flatter angle and not hit the arbor I. The surface you are grinding. I will buy these again.
